​​​​​Our school uses the SchoolSoft Conference Manager system to schedule Triad Conference meetings each term for parents-student-teacher​. The Conference Manager allows parents/guardians to view, schedule and coordinate their conferences anywhere and anytime they have access to the Internet.  

All 2023-24 parents/guardians have been pre-registered in Conference Manager. Click Here and enter your e-mail address. Your username is your name "firstlast" (ie. janesmith). Your password is "Brooklands". After you have logged in, you may change your username and/or password if you choose.

If you are not already a registered user, please Click Here to create an account and log into the Conference Manager system.

If you already have an account for another child in the St. James-Assiniboia School Division, simply login and "add a student" to your existing profile.
